Meet Vineha

In person in Brooklyn, NYC | Virtual in NY State

Welcome.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or disconnected from yourself in ways that are hard to explain, I get it. Therapy can be a space to better understand what you’re carrying and move toward a life that feels more aligned with your values.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, identity exploration, relationship & family conflict, and life transitions, with a particular focus on queer creatives and South Asian/bicultural clients. Together, we can work toward building more self-trust, flexibility, and connection while making meaningful changes that support the life you want to build.

My approach is relational, psychodynamic, and integrative, utilizing evidence-based interventions  including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and EMDR, while incorporating creative and experiential practices (art, music, breathwork, and more).

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. But you don’t have to figure everything out before reaching out. If something in this resonates with you, I'd be so happy to support you on this journey.

MY CREATIVE OUTLETS + WORKS I LOVE

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me behind a camera (usually my beloved Olympus XA!). Photography for me is a practice in mindfulness — I find myself slowing down, noticing small moments, and trusting my instinct and the process. I love every part of it, from shooting and developing film to sharing photos with my community.
